About Heartwood
Heartwood is the dense center of a tree, the oldest rings, the part that holds everything else up. It seemed like the right name for a real estate practice built on the belief that meaningful things are grown, not rushed.
Heartwood Collective is the founder-led practice of Greta Prisby, Realtor® with Keller Williams Realty Boston Northwest, serving buyers and sellers across Massachusetts.
Our spiral logo is called a Triskele, an ancient symbol of motion, balance, and continual growth. Here, they stand for the three pillars of the practice:
Mind
Understanding people, markets, and the decisions behind every move.
Means
Modern tools and thoughtful systems, used to serve relationships rather than replace them
Material
The tangible outcome: the right home, the right terms, the next chapter of your life, carefully placed
Real estate is rarely just a transaction. It's a life transition, a financial decision, and often both at once. You deserve a guide who's curious about what you actually need, including the things that are hard to put into words, and patient enough to get it right.
This practice is built to last, which means every client relationship is treated like the beginning of a long one.
